  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five stars aren't enough. For nearly two years, my family lived through one of the hardest battles imaginable. I was fighting to save my relationship with my son while navigating an incredibly complex CPS case. There were days I felt broken, exhausted, and unsure if justice would ever come—but Dan-Phi Nguyen never stopped believing in my case, and more importantly, he never stopped fighting for me. Dan-Phi took my appeal after my parental rights had been terminated. He spent countless hours reviewing an enormous record, uncovering critical legal errors, and building a compelling appellate argument. He kept me informed every step of the way, answered every question with patience, and treated me with dignity and respect during the darkest chapter of my life. Because of his extraordinary work, the Ninth Court of Appeals reversed the termination of my parental rights and rendered judgment in my favor. The Court ruled that my parental rights were not terminated, and DFPS was not appointed permanent managing conservator. After the appellate mandate issued, the trial court dismissed the case, and my attorney confirmed that DFPS was no longer involved and that my rights were restored. The greatest victory wasn't just winning the appeal—it was getting my family back.   Dan and Nancye are amazing. They helped us through one of the hardest times we have ever faced. Cps called us and opened an investigation, Dan told us not to worry. Dan guided us and put us at ease. He is personable, and down to earth. He was able to get our case dismissed. He is a cool dude on top of being an attorney. He will make you feel comfortable letting you know he is on your side now, so don't worry. Nothing but great things to say about both Dan and Nancye. Would recommend over and over again. If you are dealing with cps, Dan is the man to call.
