  Tuve una muy buena experiencia con la oficina de Naimeh Salem & Associates. Desde el principio, Alicia fue muy amable, atenta y siempre estuvo pendiente de responder mis dudas y ayudarme durante el proceso. También quiero agradecer especialmente a la abogada Jennifer Fernández por su profesionalismo, preparación y apoyo. Me hizo sentir tranquila y bien orientada durante todo el proceso migratorio. El equipo fue muy organizado, comunicativo y atento conmigo. Definitivamente recomiendo esta oficina a cualquier persona que necesite asistencia legal en inmigración.

  Es la peor decisión que he tomado en mi vida a haberlos elegido como firma, me han dado información errónea y me han hecho pagar pagos a la corte erróneos, porque ni siquiera entre ellos se ponen de acuerdo unos me mandan a pagar el INITIAL FEE y otros me mandan a pagar Annual FEE Y no se ponen de acuerdo cuál es me hicieron hacer el gasto doble he tratado de pedir hablar con mi Abogada, por más de 10 días y nadie me da una respuesta, tenía una persona encargada de mi caso que es la persona más falta de respeto que he conocido en mi vida se llama ARCALYS Y después me asignaron otra persona que se llama VERONICA qué tampoco me Pudo resolver nada. Tenía fecha límite hasta hoy para introducir esos documentos a la corte, porque si no me dan una orden de deportación y cada vez que llamo me dejan 30 minutos en línea y después me dicen deja que preguntamos y te devolvemos la llamada y nunca me la devuelven ahora por su culpa yo estoy corriendo riesgo mi familia y yo de ser deportados lo único que les preocupa es el dinero solamente y ahora yo tengo que dejar de trabajar irme yo mismo a la corte a someter los documentos porque ni siquiera eso han hecho así que le recomiendo que no pierdan el dinero porque los que le trabajan en el caso son para legales sin conocimientos. Tengo todas las llamadas grabadas y todos los correos de la información errónea que me han dado y ahí donde te das cuenta que es lo que importa es el dinero

  I strongly do not recommend this lawyer. I hired her for my husband's U.S citizenship back in November 2021, and after years we are still waiting, she has not been able to get my husband not even a work permit mean while we wait for the citizenship. He has a clean/clear record. It's discouraging while 3 of his coworker's started there process the same process as his 2 years ago with another lawyer and that first year they already had there work permit . Mind you 1 of them doesn't have a clean record. The lack of progress, communication, and urgency has been extremely disappointing and stressful. What has made the experience even worse is that every time I try to speak directly with my lawyer, her assistant tells me I have to wait months for an appointment just to talk to her. I have only met my lawyer one time, and that was during the initial consultation. Since then, I have felt completely ignored and left in the dark. Before hiring her I asked her what was an estimate time this process would take she said around 2-3 years. It has been almost 5 YEARSSSS. Every time I asked for updates, I get the same respond. Immigration cases are life-changing, and clients deserve honesty, professionalism, communication, and proper follow-through. After trusting her with my case for this long, I regret choosing her as my attorney and would not recommend her services to anyone. Also, I paid the full amount with-in that first year of hiring her which I think that was my mistake.

  Quick to take the money, keeps saying that they’ll call back but they never do we’d have to constantly call them, SO much miscommunication, was recommended this lawyer by friends but I was constantly let down by these lawyers, it felt like they would not give us info unless a payment was paid, VERY unprofessional, got our hopes up by saying they’d fight our case but was let down by them when they didn’t even attempt to fight. Honestly wish lawyers only have us pay if they win the case. Overall these lawyers were SUPER shady, so anyone thinking about going to them think twice, view your options. Do better.
