  I am extremely disappointed with the way my case has been handled by Morgan & Morgan. Since speaking with my attorney, I have essentially been left to navigate this situation on my own. At one point, I was provided with a number where I could reach my attorney, only for that number to be disconnected for at least six months. During that time, I made countless attempts to obtain updates and assistance, and I was repeatedly given promises that someone would return my call, that the matter would be brought to a manager, that emails would be sent, or that I should call back in two weeks or within 42 hours. Unfortunately, those promises were repeatedly not followed through. There have been multiple occasions where I went more than two weeks without any communication or meaningful update regarding my case. This has happened repeatedly, and at this point, it feels less like a breakdown in communication and more like I have been completely abandoned as a client. I did not seek legal representation because I wanted the additional stress of having to repeatedly chase my attorneys for basic communication and updates. I hired Morgan & Morgan because I expected my injury case to be handled professionally and diligently, particularly given the significant impact my injury ultimately had on my employment and my life. What is even more concerning is that Morgan & Morgan was also handling the second portion of my case. I have received so little communication regarding that matter that I am left questioning what, if anything, is currently being done on my behalf. If the level of communication and follow-through I have received is all that is being provided, I could have attempted to handle these matters myself. I understand that cases can take time and that attorneys and their staff manage large caseloads. However, that does not excuse repeatedly failing to return calls, failing to provide updates, disconnecting the only number I was given to reach my attorney, and repeatedly making promises to follow up that never materialize. Respectfully, if Morgan & Morgan is genuinely interested in resolving this situation, I expect more than another promise that someone will call me back. I expect a clear explanation of what has happened with my case, what is currently being done, who is responsible for handling it, and what I should realistically expect moving forward. Once or twice, a missed call or communication issue can happen. I understand that. But when the pattern continues for months, despite repeated attempts to get answers, it becomes unacceptable and reflects a serious failure in client

  Things started out quickly. I got a call within minutes. Went over all the questions and was told I qualified for a case. I got bombarded with messages and emails nonstop for a couple of days after that. I schedule a phone interview with the paralegal and was stood up. I scheduled another one. Was stood up again. Scheduled one more. Call was the exact same questions the initial phone call covered when determining eligibility. Was told I'd receive a call from the assigned attorney within 5-10 business days. Its been over 30 days. Haven't heard another word from anyone at the firm. I sent messages via the phone numbers they gave. Called and left a voicemail. Sent a message via the app. No response. I was dropped just like that.

  After 2 years and 2 denials for my SSDI, and after doing it all on my own, today (8/30/2026) I made the choice to call Morgan & Morgan for legal advice and I just signed documents for legal representation. At this point I can only rate the intake/free consultation. The professional side was to my understanding, spoke clearly on how the process works and what I am to expect going forward. For now I will rate it 5 stars I will come back and update my experience and rating when this case is settled.

  I called Morgan & Morgan and the gentleman that helped me was very friendly and very patient and very professional. And walked me through the process. I am very pleased with the service I received.
