  I have hade the worst experience with Morgan & Morgan I would not be for them to anybody I am in a lawsuit for my husband it is a pharmaceutical lawsuit he took some medication that killed his kidneys and this lawsuit has gone on for 11 years and every time I talk to somebody I talk to somebody different and they tell me something completely different than the last person told me they were really nice and kind to me when they first when I first hired them but once I became a client of theirs they became less and less tolerant and less and less polite to me they never called me one time you tell me what was going on anytime I ever talk to them I had to appreciate the phone call at one point I had someone call me and tell me I won the case and I was going to get my life back the way it was a car and then I waited 6 months to call back down there and ask what was going on with the case I haven't heard anything else and they denied that phone call so they never made it said I must be confused so now the money that they're offering me is ridiculous chunk change so hire him at your own risk but I'm telling you it will be the worst experience you've ever experienced I'm sure they won't do anybody else any different than what they've done me and I if I had to do all over again I would have said not know but hell no I am just appalled at the amount of money they are offering me for my husband's life first he was on dialysis and then he passed away so that's my opinion and Morgan baby another bit rude to me they haven't explained anything to me they act like I should already know like I know attorney talk or something they don't break it down to laying it playing and turn to where I can understand what's going on and they act like they get sick and tired of me calling down there asking questions but I get a different answer every time I call I can call three times in one day talk to three different people and get three different answers I'll just be glad when it's all over I've accepted the terms that it is what it is they're not going to fight for me any harder than what they already have and it just is what it is I lost my husband after 31 years of marriage and they've done nothing to help me to change it to give my life back to anywhere near to where it was when he was alive they promise me things they could not give or I feel like didn't even try to give cuz I know at one point the attorney called me and said are you sitting down because we won your case we won your case you're about to get your life back to the way you was accustomed to living as close to without your husband being in it you're going to get your new home your new car and everything and then later they denied saying that to me is this awful experience a person can experience I feel like my life is just I'm just numb I'm completely numb at the whole situation for my husband dying to dealing with them I'm completely numb I don't believe they care about my feelings or what I've gone through I'm just a number to them and that's it nobody seems sympathetic or has any sort of emotions or feelings for me they're just short and rude

  Never heard from them but they took almost $3000 from my disability. Would give zero stars if I could. Oh, I was allowed to get 2 years of backpay but they settled for less

  The Talk it, I was in an accident while in Vegas, hit from behind in stopped traffic on the I-15, the Guy admitted it ! Morgan and Morgan has offices in Nevada, I am from Tx. I was told upon signing, it’s a standard 40%, Right ! It would turn out to be joke, as it would turn out , it wasn’t even 50/50, for me it was 60/40, for Morgan and Morgan. They even paid scammy Pain management Dr.’s report I had been sent to by a prior Tx attorney, who would turn around and tell me, Oh, we don’t do cases that end up in other jurisdictions outside of TX. I which disputed the charges, because the Dr. never even physically examined me, I saw him for less than 5 minutes, and he already had a pre-planned treatment program, and charged $2500+, and I had serious prior injuries, that he didn’t even address, which have furthered some of these previous musco-skeletal injuries. They put on a good front.

  I am extremely disappointed and honestly disturbed by the way this firm handled my case and communication. As someone currently dealing with a traumatic brain injury (TBI) and documented mental health conditions, I relied on clear, honest information when making legal decisions. Instead, I was given misleading and contradictory statements regarding financial support and benefits. At the beginning of the conversation, I was explicitly told that if I proceeded with a disability case, the attorney would cover or provide TBI-related financial support while my workers’ compensation claim was pending. That representation played a major role in my decision-making, especially given my current financial hardship and medical condition. However, shortly after, that statement was completely walked back and denied. When I attempted to clarify, I was met with inconsistent answers and a refusal to acknowledge what had been communicated. This is not just poor service — it raises serious concerns about deceptive practices and misrepresentation, particularly when dealing with individuals in vulnerable medical situations. As someone recovering from a brain injury, clarity and honesty are critical. Instead, I experienced confusion, stress, and what appears to be a bait-and-switch style interaction. Making statements about financial support to someone in my condition and then denying them is unacceptable. I strongly caution others — especially those dealing with serious injuries or disabilities — to get everything in writing before proceeding. No one in a vulnerable position should be placed in a situation where critical information is unclear or misrepresented. I am currently reviewing my options regarding reporting this conduct to the appropriate regulatory authorities.

  Updating my original 5-star review now that I’ve experienced the full journey. At first, everything was amazing—quick responses, lots of reassurance, felt like I had a whole legal dream team ready to fight for me. Then once paperwork got signed… the attorney apparently entered witness protection, and I was introduced exclusively to the “paralegal team.” I was told things very clearly upfront that later became “miscommunication,” which is interesting because there was zero confusion when signatures were needed. It’s actually a pretty impressive system—top-tier service during the recruitment phase, and then a smooth transition into “we’ll get back to you.” Also, shoutout for the quick response to my original 5-star review—if only that same urgency applied after I became a client. Just updating this so it reflects the entire experience, not just the highlight reel.
