  I have had experience with PI Attorney's before, and the experience was not bad, but it was not exceptional as Attorney James Mattox. Attorney Mattox was professional, thorough and efficient. Mr. Mattox would always introduce himself, addressed me with respect, listened and communicated effectively. When I had concerns even if it did not involve what Mr. Mattox addressed in my case, he directed me in the direction I needed to go to have my concerns addressed and also gave me insight as to what questions I might want to ask. I was also impressed by the prompt medical team Mr. Mattox had to reach out to me. For me that was a plus; no searching or waiting to get treatment after being involved in a hit and run MVA...one less thing to deal with. All information needed to pay bills and build my case was taken care of by Mr. Mattox office. It was a lot involved with my hit and run case. I am grateful Mr. Mattox knew what do to take care of business. Mr. Mattox was patient, courteous, returned phone calls in a timely manner. He would contact me with updates if I had not called him by a certain time. Mr. Mattox communicated my options to me in layman terms and allowed me to make my own decisions. Attorney Mattox representation and professionalism showed me he's a lawyer seeking my well-being. Although every experience is different I would most definitely recommend Attorney Mattox for the challenge.
