  Absolutely amazing firm! They represented me in a hit and run car accident. They were recommended to me by my best friend. They had take great care of her. They got all the medical costs covered for my post accident care. Mr Presutti himself called me about the settlement. He told me he got the maximum settlement out of the insurance company, that he was going to negotiate my medical bills and split the balance of the settlement with me. He said “I don’t make more than my clients make on a case.” His staff and him are kind, hard working, great communicators and REALLY CARE. They are one of a kind in their industry. If you are lucky enough to have them take your lawsuit…then you are blessed (like I was!)!

  My case took a bit to settle. Not because it wasn’t being worked on but because Mr. Presutti wasn’t willing to accept something that he knew was not fair for me to receive. Once it was time to settle he made sure it was okay with me. He kept me updated and I honestly knew I was in the right hands.
