  They handled the case for my husband Calvin M. Everybody that is staffed at this location are professional and welcoming. They also are caring and helped with his case every step of the way. He always was knew what was going on with his case. Highly Recommend them.

  Jim Adler's firm tried to handle our simple case. My wife was hit by a moving car. End of story. We went with JM based on just their billboards. Bad idea. They seemed interested at first, but they became very hard to get a hold of, no returned calls, endless appointments with their medical clinics. Which were just out to make more appointments to get a bigger piece of the pie. I would never recommend JM to anyone, poor communication, small payout and just walks away with most of your (if they win) money. Stay away from them, the louder the ad the worse the firm. It was so bad they settled with the insurance company and didn't tell us. They refused to return calls and finally we had to go in person just to get a hold of someone. Worst.Lawyers.Ever.

  Very smooth & efficient process gathering all of my accident information. The intake specialist and investigator were very informative and answered all of my questions while reassuring me that I was in great hands. Thank you Jim Adler & Associates.

  Elsie Lopez did an amazing job getting my case closed in a timely manner what was suppose to take 6-8 weeks only took 4 weeks instead and she was able to get me a good amount back.

  Working with Isabella Diaz at Jim Adler & Associates has been an absolute blessing for our family. From the very beginning, she made us feel heard, valued, and never once like we were a burden—even when we had a lot of questions. My grandmother does not speak English, and Isabella went above and beyond to communicate with her clearly, making sure she understood every step of the process. That meant so much to us and truly set her apart. She was always on top of the case and incredibly responsive. If we ever missed each other’s calls, she would always return them the same day or by the next day at the latest. Her professionalism, knowledge, and kindness gave us complete peace of mind throughout everything. We have nothing but positive things to say about Isabella.
