  My family and I have been working with Ms Barrios and Jim Adler & Assocites for a little over a year now. Ms Barrios and her team turned a very unfortunate situation into a positive one through professionalism, patience, and understanding. Throughout the process we met with various members of the team who were extremely knowledgeable of the process, determined, and willing to make sure our family received justice. In working with Ms Barrios to close out the case, she was very expedient in responses, thorough with deadlines, accurate regarding information, patient while letting us vent, ALWAYS projected a professional friendly voice in a tough situation, and ALWAYS available. Ms Barrios made my family and I feel like we were her only clients. Thank you to Jim Adler & Associates for helping my family and I recover and rebuild! Many Blessings!

  Ms Dorothy Mares intake specialist was above anyone I have ever talked to she definitely loves her career and makes it easy to talk to her and Mr Nicholas Rodriguez the investigator was definitely easy to talk and I could feel the knowledge and care about everything he asked me continue to show genuine interest in every client I am definitely grateful to have been treated with respect and felt like I have known them both for years

  Extremely Disappointing and Caution before you chose their representation. I would strongly caution anyone considering Jim Adler Law Office to think twice before trusting them with their case. My experience with this office was absolutely horrible. This was not simply a situation where communication could have been better. My family was dealing with the aftermath of a serious accident involving my two young boys, who were only 2 and 3 years old at the time, and I did not feel that Jim Adler’s office showed the urgency, compassion, or concern that our situation required. They do push people to write a review right after you initial intake documents. Which I am glad I waited before I did. We were passengers in an accident where all of the airbags deployed, and the vehicle was struck on my side. My two boys suffered head injuries, and I suffered multiple injuries myself. We were already dealing with pain, fear, and the emotional trauma of what happened. Instead of feeling like we had an attorney fighting for us and guiding us through the process, I felt completely ignored. After the initial call and intake, getting anyone to communicate with me was extremely difficult. More than 24 hours passed before anyone contacted me. By that point, I had already lost confidence in the firm and no longer wanted them representing my family. The person who contacted me, Sandra, showed little to no concern about our injuries, our medical care, or what my children and I were going through. During the less than 72 HOURS that my case was with Jim Adler’s office, I was essentially asked to sign documents. There was no meaningful follow-up, no consistent communication, no one assigned to actually guide me through the process, and no sense that anyone was taking our situation seriously. What makes this experience even more unacceptable is that Jim Adler’s office is now refusing to release the lien they have on my case. They had my case for less than 72 hours, provided virtually no meaningful assistance, and yet their involvement has continued to create additional problems for my family. This situation has cost my family time, money, unnecessary stress, and additional pain during an already traumatic period of our lives. That is something I will not overlook. The difference was clear when I contacted another attorney. I immediately received the communication, assistance, and guidance that I had been desperately trying to get from Jim Adler’s office. Someone actually took the time to listen, explain things to me, and help me understand what needed to happen next. If you are injured in an accident, especially when your children are involved, you need an attorney who will communicate with you, advocate for you, and make you feel like your family matters. Unfortunately, that was NOT my experience with Jim Adler Law Office. I am sharing this review because I would not want another family going through the same thing we experienced. Being injured is already difficult enough. You should not have to fight your own law firm for communication, assistance, and accountability on top of everything else. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend Jim Adler Law Office.
