  I want to sincerely thank Mr. Eleazar Salas for all the help he gave me with my claim through Jim Adler. He was very professional, respectful, and always willing to answer my questions. He made the whole process much easier and less stressful for me.

  Whenever you are involved in accident The Jim Adler and Associates are there for you. I had the pleasure to have Nicholas Rodriguez help me with everything. He was very professional and polite, not only handling and explaining everything to me. He got me the help I needed in a timely manner. Thank Nicholas Rodriguez for helping me my family during this difficult time.

  When I first signed up with them I left the five-star rating. Now I see why they ask everybody in the beginning to leave a five star rating. When I first started this case almost a year and half ago, Jim Adler was very supportive. I believe that was just to bait me in pending on how quickly they took my case. After that ive heard nothing from these people, they avoid your calls and emails like they are just so busy. Roxanne Ramirez was the case worker at the time and she was MIA until she needed you to do her job then back to no communication. Ive been told i have a new case worker when i called and requested for one but they give you no contact info whatsoever on this person. Dont waste your time nor money, if they are so busy with all the cases they claim to have, you would think they would stop taking on so many cases but apparently not. They dont do loans, so you're going to create depth working with these people with noway to get out of it. After all this my bills will take that money. This will be my first abd last time working with these folks are any attorney. I can represent myself better then this. Ive done the property damage. I verified all the paperwork, all they do is request you send everything to them. This is a a load of crap and they're very unprofessional and inconsistent. Last I heard was march of 2025 I believe, they need me to verify the paramedic company/unit No that took my from the scene of the accident because they were having trouble with obtaining this information. It took me 30 minutes with the waiting on hold tops, however, their office was closed by the time I retrieve that information. So I called back the next day, there was no answer And I haven't spoke with my caseworker since. At this point in the case I was told all they needed was the paramedic unit number and they can move forward with the settlement. I don't want to say I don't believe them but they are leaving me no choice but to doubt everything they ever said. At this point I don't care what happens with this case anymore. Im now contacting the CAAP to make my next step. Save yourself to trouble not use this law firm. Definitely do not believe the five-star reviews They ask us to leave these reviews when we first signed up with but they do not hold up today end of the deal. Associates please do not respond to this email telling me to call you all to talk about what's going on I've been calling you for months and I'm not going to call you anymore
