Blanca has been amazing from beginning to end she made this experience for me and my family go smoothly all while maintaining extreme professionalism at all times keeping me updated on all information while educating me on every single detail of this process.   I was recommeneded to them after i was rear ended. I would make sure EVERYTHING that is mentioned and discussed is in writing. I was promised things that were misleading such as depreciation of the car would be covered, rides to doctors would be covered (but then later charged back). When i brought this and other promises up, i was told it was a miscommunication....it was not! Even case managers were changed MANY times and calls were not returned which i found to be extremely unprofessional. I will say that I was surprised by a second filing. Probably the only good thing.
