- TDTariq DAug 17, 20251.0Extremely excessive and unjustified charges. I was billed over $1,600 just for a copy of a deposition—a document that had already been prepared and existed. There is no reasonable explanation for a copy to cost that much. This kind of pricing feels exploitative and raises serious concerns about their billing practices. I strongly advise other firms and clients to reconsider before doing business with them.

Voice Writing: Esquire’s voice writers use their voice to create a text file by re-speaking a live event into a microphone or an enclosed speech silencing mask. A commercial speech recognition engine processes their analog speech to create formatted text output either as the event occurs or at a later time. Some voice writers also engage CAT software to increase efficiency.
