  Our family needed legal services for my mother, on the advice of a family friend we went to Doehring & Doehring. Tara and her team were in close contact with us during the process and our visits to the office were always great. Very nice and competent firm.   My mother left her home to me and my sister and appointed us as co-executors. The problem was my sister was living in the home and refused to leave and sell her share. I went through two attorneys, unsuccessfully, trying to get her out and sell the property. At that point, I interviewed a dozen probate attorneys to assume my existing case. None were willing to take on an existing case and/or go to court. Then I was referred to David Doehring. It took some time, but David formulated and executed a plan to have my sister removed as co-executor and out of the house. He was a bulldog during court appearances.
