  This company has been extremely difficult to work with. They are unresponsive, unprofessional, and rude. It has been more than 4 months of trying to work with them and waiting on them to look into my account. If you have to work with them, I’m sorry. If you have a choice to work with them, avoid them at all costs. I’ve also filed with the BBB and the Texas Bar Association.

  Horrible customer service, I have tried to speak with attorneys and keep getting a rude paralegal “Cindy.” I have continuously requested an itemized bill, and was told that it costs $92 dollars to email a bill! Sounds like a scam. Tired of getting the same old rude lady on the phone.

  UN PROFESSIONAL STAFF - POOR SERVICE AND TOTAL GROUP OF SCAMMERS IN THIS TEAM .... HOME OWNER ASSOCIATION MUST REMOVE THEM FROM THEIR SERVICES SINCE THEY ARE UN PROFESSIONAL AND WASTE OF TIME FOR ANY ONE .. WORST STAFF AND TEAM ..
