You all think you've found a way to scam people, here let me break it down. The trash company comes at least 90 times per year. The 3 times you forget to return your trash can to being hidden they will fine you for it. Im not saying anything further. Unethical trash HOA and law firm. I know how trash most cookie cutter law firms are form working in auto claims. You all are no different.
