  “This law firm is not one I recommend. Estefani, one of the staff members, handled my case, but I only saw the attorney once and my case was never resolved. They made me pay more than $6,000 by constantly extending the timeline, and when I reviewed the documents, I found they had made a mistake with my date of birth. On top of that, the amount kept increasing every month. They never refunded any of my money nor resolved my case, and they even charged me extra for every phone call they made to me. What a scam they pulled on me.”

  I have been receiving notifications—albeit sparse and with huge gaps in time—regarding my mother's car accident case throughout this entire period; in fact, it is to my email address that they send all correspondence. It was to my email address that they sent the release form for my mother's settlement check, yet today, the two individuals answering the phones were extremely rude. They refused to provide any information regarding a check that has already been signed for release—a check my mother still has not received, even after three weeks. The service is abysmal. Thanks to the indecency and lack of professionalism displayed by the people answering the calls, we are now going to request an itemized list of the medical expenses my mother allegedly incurred as a result of this case. She only attended physical therapy and underwent a few imaging tests; yet, they claim the expenses totaled $26,000—which they supposedly managed to negotiate down to $3,000. I have no idea how they manage to do that. This case has been dragging on for over two years. They leave you hanging on the phone; and now, even after the check release form has been signed, my mother still hasn't received the check, nor will they provide any information regarding its status. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FIRM TO ANYONE—at least not until they replace the rude and unprofessional individuals currently answering their phones. I intend to dedicate the time to write to the State Bar of Texas to formally report the poor service and the manner in which you have handled this case.

  My experience with this firm required constant follow-up due to a lack of proactive communication and unclear fee information. I did not sign my settlement until discrepancies in the initial figures were addressed, and even after that, the process involved repeated delays and updates that I only received after reaching out myself. There were also issues with the settlement check that were not communicated until I asked, which added further delays. Later, I was charged a certified mail fee but did not receive tracking information despite multiple attempts to obtain it, and basic delivery details were unclear. Overall, the process felt disorganized and reactive rather than client-focused. I would strongly recommend confirming all fees, timelines, and communication expectations in advance.
