  I had a great experience with Amaro Law Firm. Their lawyers are strategic and know how to handle each case effectively. They followed up with me step by step throughout the entire process and made sure I understood what was happening. What impressed me most was how responsive and attentive the team was. You barely hear the first ring before someone picks up the phone! They genuinely listen to your concerns and pay attention to every detail of your case. I am especially grateful to the case managers, investigators, and attorneys who worked together on my case. They gave me confidence that my case was being taken seriously and handled strategically. A special thank you to lawyer Christina and Vanessa for their hard work. I am truly grateful that I had the opportunity to work with this team.   I had such a great experience working with Erica, the Case Manager at Amaro Law Firm. From beginning to end, she was very professional, helpful, and made sure I always knew what was going on with my case. Anytime I had a question or needed clarification on something, she was quick to respond and took the time to explain things in a way that was easy to understand. I really appreciated how organized and attentive she was throughout the entire process. Having someone who was reliable and stayed on top of everything definitely made the experience much less stressful. Everyone truly made me feel like my case was being handled with care and that I was in good hands. Thank you so much, Erica, for all of your help and for making this process as smooth as possible.   I was in a bad accident December 2025 and fully completed the entire experience with Amaro by August 2026 - so I’d say it’s a very good turn around considering how bad mine was! Everybody was so helpful too, I dealt with Antonio, Nelly, JC, and Monica. If I’m ever in the same situation again, they’re going to hear from me!

  I am writing this review as the wife of the client involved in this case (Wesley Silva), and unfortunately, our experience has been extremely frustrating. The case was initiated in November 2025, and as of today, there is still no resolution. The biggest issue has been how excessively long each individual step of the process takes. It is not simply that the overall case is taking a long time — every stage seems to take an unreasonable amount of time to be completed, often with months passing without any meaningful progress or update. Communication has also been extremely difficult. Our case manager, Zandra Montalvo, is very difficult to reach. Messages can take several days to receive a response, and sometimes there is no response at all unless we repeatedly follow up. It is also very difficult to reach her by phone. We have left voicemails requesting a callback, but often do not receive one. As the spouse of the client, I have personally witnessed how much time and effort has been spent simply trying to obtain basic updates about the case. We should not have to constantly chase for information or repeatedly ask what is happening. I understand that some cases and procedures can take time, but there should be reasonable progress and consistent communication throughout the process. In our experience, the excessive delays at every stage, combined with the lack of communication, have made this process extremely stressful and disappointing. We sincerely hope the company takes this feedback seriously, improves communication with clients, and finds a way to move cases forward in a more timely and organized manner.
