  Worried about my parent's health and wanting to make sure they always have access to the RIGHT CARE, the three of us scheduled a review of both their estate document and other documents. Tammy Silvas, meticulously went through the documents talking about what she was looking for and worked to find financial and health directive (long-term care / Medicaid eligibility) gaps that would prevent them from accessing the care my parents and I envisioned for the next stage of life. Along the way, Tammy Silvas took great to explain the challenges in a way that did not cause concern, but rather a starting point and a path that led to understanding and a solution. By the time we completed the process, WE KNEW we had the documents and plans in place that would care for them should anything happen.
