  Benjy Shabot and his team helped bring some closure to us after a very tragic accident took our son’s life. He was compassionate and understanding of our loss in this most horrific time of our life. It’s hard to put into words the loss you feel, no matter what type of settlement you may receive, this will not bring back your child. We gained a friend in Benjy he never gave up or quit on us. We are able to keep the memory of son alive thanks to The hard work he did for us.

  I was surprised at the complexity one has to navigate to get a settlement after a painful auto wreck but more surprised at the great professional guidance Beni Shabot provided and awed at the amount of the settlement. After legal fees, my share was 24 times greater than the original settlement offer! Wonderful and capable people to work with.
