She always answered any questions i had very promptly which put me at ease. She knows the law very well and is familiar with denton county court as well. She had my license re instated from a suspension. My charges were reduced. Probation and fines were reduced through a plea. She is patient kind and will do her best to advise you exactly what she feels is best for you. I am thankful i chose Ms. Tucker. I highly recommend her.
- MLMarc LaforceFeb 23, 20155.0As an immigration practitioner myself, where we assist US citizens with DWI cases obtain waivers to enter Canada, I can attest that Ms. Tucker is perhaps one the most professional and prompt criminal attorney in the Dallas area. Two weeks ago, for example, I called Kimberly to have a client's interlock device removed from his car so that he could return to Canada. This requires a special court order. Well - not only did Kimberly get back to me immediately - but she had the judge issue the order within 24 hours. I've never seeing anything like this happen before.
