  Read all the AUTHENTIC ONE STAR REVIEWS! Most of the five star ratings appear fake. Look at the way they are written and the user accounts. This law firm is a corporate money grabbing scheme. Initial intake appeared good with good sounding lawyers. However, I brought my case to other law firms previously and they said I would likely lose my MBSP case. Turns out I would end up losing my appeal using this law firm. I paid $5k for this law firm to fill out a three page form and to have one phone call after the initial intake. Then my lawyer went on Maternity lead and my claim was dismissed by OSC with a new lawyer to call me with no knowledge of my case and to say ya that's pretty much it. TRASH!

  Worst legal exprence of my life!! Took my money, signed a contract to file two appeals to the EEOC. They blew all the EEOC timelines. The Lawyer Madison Reed got sick left the law firm. Her boss Carson Bridges just dumped the case. I hired the law firm, not Madison. When I asked for information about Reeds illness for the Equitable Tolling Request to remedy the past EEOC time line issues. Andrea sent a hostile accusitory email, accusing me of misconduct for asking. They even refused to help me after they put me in a bad situation. Rude threating and hostile. Thanks for nothing, Devadosss Law Firm. Creating legal issues, not solving them.

  Megan D. is a great listener & advocate. She always responded promptly & proved I did not need to worry about the circumstances because she was on top of it all. What a relief when you have somebody on your side. Devadoss Law Firm was very pleasant & easy to work with as well. Peace of mind is priceless, but this firm is reasonably priced & I’m so happy I called them.

  It’s unfortunate that zero stars isn’t an option. This firm is beyond incompetent. I used this firm for an MSPB proposed downgrade with the USPS. I worked with the Dallas office, initially during the consultation everything was fine during conversation, then my case was turned over to a newer attorney that was absolutely beyond incompetent and only specialized in African studies, which was irrelevant to my issues. I basically had to put my entire case together which is what you’ll have to do if you hire this firm. During the trial I had two attorneys with me, one was beyond incompetent and down right stupid and the other seemed very nervous throughout the whole trial. Needless to say I lost and of course was stuck with the bill. Don’t hire this firm. I would love to elaborate but I don’t want to name names. Just do yourself a favor and find a more competent firm if you’re having issues with your government employment
