  Case went to mediation. Luke the atty. Actually argued with me instead of them and kept harping on my criminal history which had nothing to do with the accident by the way........ During mediation I asked him to also ask for coverage for my left shoulder which suffered a rotator cuff tear and a severe one. He did not. And a week after we settled in mediation without getting coverage for a future shoulder surgery, my doctor gave me the results of my MRI which I then sent to him and told him thanks a lot for nothing. Now I'm on the hook for a $65,000 surgery... He actually told me why did not accept their first off of 23,000 knowing that he would not even get a penny of it because the attorney general's office had a lien on it for over that amount. He actually yelled at me and said that. Shady dealings I wouldn't be surprised there was an under table deal between them but yeah the whole process sucked. My case was given to them from Jim Adler. So I wouldn't go to him either.

  We payed $75 for a consult just so they can tell us the price of the case and that’s it. Literally that’s it. Nothing was really explained. They just said $5k needed to be payed before anything can even be explained.
