  This woman and her staff aren't serious about helping people. They don't even answer the phone. They had me waiting and listening to that elevator music for over 40 minutes on 6 different occasions. Don't waste your time and money with this woman.

  Original Review - July 15, 2026 During my in-person consultation, I was made to wait 30 minutes past my scheduled time. While I was waiting room, the receptionist was ON SPEAKER phone with a current client. The client was complaining about having to pay thousands of dollars for nothing. I heard too much information about him, which was very concerning. Maybe you shouldn’t do that while you have a potential client sitting 4 feet away from you. I should’ve known this was a bad choice. But then I had a nice consultation with Whitney Peters, and I was confident that they would be able to help me with my case. Afterwards, I was waiting in the conference for about 10 min for the office manager to discuss the contract and fees. The office manager ended up calling me while I was waiting in the conference room, I was so confused why I was still there!! I scheduled an IN PERSON consultation for a reason. The office manager briefly went over the process and fees but I could barely hear/understand him. He then said he would send over the contract to review and sign after our call. He never did, shocker. I reached back out after the weekend. This was a time sensitive case. Received a generic email the next day to set up a time to talk to meet with the office manager to discuss the contract and retainer fee…..I ALREADY DID! I was just so stressed about my case and felt like they didn’t care at all. I requested a refund, it’s been 8 days as of today and no response. Genuinely, if you need a reliable attorney/legal team, don’t waste your time here. UPDATE - August 4th, 2026 On August 3, 2026 at 2:13 pm, I received a "formal cease and desist demand" letter via email from the COO, Prashant, a "non-legal" member on the team. It's from a gmail account that is listed on their official public facebook. The emailed demanded me to remove this review under the threat of a defamation lawsuit. After I declined, I think this is where the office manager, Jorge, responded. He tried to intimidate me by CC my work email. I thumbs up his email. 6 mins later, he sent another email with a screenshot of my work address trying to confirm where he can serve me, again with my work email. The emails are clear violations of Texas rules regarding non-lawyer legal posturing and attorney supervision. I will be filing a complaint to the State Bar of Texas. ALSO this is not me making multiple reviews to the business, its an update to the original review.
