  Esmeralda at Jim Adler’s Law Office was absolutely amazing to work with. From the very beginning, she explained everything in detail, made sure I understood every step of the process, and was always available to answer my questions. She responded very timely whenever I had any concern or questions and made what could have been a stressful experience feel so much easier. Her professionalism, kindness, and communication were outstanding. I truly appreciate everything she did and highly recommend Esmeralda!

  Ms. Esmeralda Gavilanes, was an exceptional case manager. She was professional at all times, very patient and efficient in providing her services while constantly, providing updates on the status of the case and responding to calls/messages in timely manner. She went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the overall outcome of my case. I would recommend her for her professionalism and efficiency.

  “The Texas Hammer!” I grew up seeing the commercials and unfortunately 30yrs later I found myself needing their assistance. I could not be happier with the representation I received! Jim Adler and associates were a life saver! They made me feel at ease through the whole process when handling my case. Their team puts in the work so you don’t have to! I highly recommend Jim Adler law firm 10/10!

  My wife was in a car accident months ago that she suffered headaches, anxiety, had to close her business down, etc. and I had talked with Adlers team which they were interested in proceeding with. My wife was unsure and at the time didn’t feel comfortable plus we had other things going on with our house and I needed spine/back surgery. So this took a back seat. Finally months later I convinced my wife to proceed, she calls and they then tell her that they were NOT interested in proceeding leaving her to feel even worse than she did before. I call the office back and the person who talked with me said they never said they didn’t want to proceed, I was standing right there and could hear the woman tell my wife this. They again say it never happened. So at this point I’m flustered, irritated, etc. and they basically re-screen me (not my wife whom the accident happened to) and because I left out she had “headaches” they said they didn’t want to proceed. The staff here are a joke, treating my wife this way is why people don’t feel comfortable reporting these things.
