  They handled our claim quickly and kept us informed the whole way, but what stood out most was how much they truly cared. They treated us like a person, not a case number. They listened, supported us, and fought for us when I didn’t have the strength to fight for ourselves or know how! I’m deeply thankful for everything they did.

  This office of Jim Adler's contract is subject to 35% fee, or your personal injury claim and $200 processing fee of the documents related to your claim. They then ask another 35% fee for your own insurance claim under a personal injury protection claim. Personal injury protection is coverage on the non-liable party's insurance, and it is designed to pay for medical bills and/or lost wages. Mr. Adler charges 35% to handle your personal injury, claim for you. Their office sends an electronic document.They tell you to sign giving them permission to handle a personal injury protection claim for you. They do not tell you that you can have a choice of whether or not you want to file it or have them file it for you for a fee. Filing a personal injury protection claim is as simple as filling out a form, Collecting your medical bills and/or a lost wage letter from your employer.And then sending them to the insurance adjuster for reimbursement. Shortly after a minor accident, some suggested I call jim adler. When I called Mr Adler's office, i spoke with a gentleman for about 5 minutes about the details of my claim. What I was asked what my injuries were.I just said my neck hurt a little bit.Which it did, but that was it. I was next sent,via text, to electronically sign a contract. They referred me to their chiropractor which I have elected not to go to. Because my injuries do not rise to the level of a potential four or five figure personal injury claim against an insurance company. Finally, the lack of personal communication is a great disappointment to me. Each time I have called, I have been sent to voicemail. And then been told that reaching anyone there is much faster, if you send an email. They don't know my name, but they definitely know my case number.

  I had a great experience working with Jim Adler. They were professional, responsive, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. They handled my case efficiently and made everything much less stressful. I highly recommend them to anyone needing legal representation.   I would not recommend this law office based on my experience. One thing that immediately concerned me was being asked for a 5-star review before my case was even handled. I originally left an honest review, but somehow it disappeared. The firm advertises itself as strong and tough, but that was not my experience at all. Walmart claimed the accident was my fault, and after no further investigation, my case was simply dropped. What frustrated me most was the lack of communication. I repeatedly tried contacting the attorney and the staff member relaying messages, but my calls were rarely answered and were never returned. I felt ignored and left without updates or explanations. Clients deserve honesty, communication, and real effort — not pressure for reviews before any results are delivered.

  🛑🛑🛑DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!!!🛑🛑🛑WORST,RUDEST & SLOWEST lawyers ever! UNHELPFUL,they WONT pick up your calls,or texts. They are nice before signing you up and IMMEDIATELY AFTER they stop 🛑 ANY CORRESPONDENCE! NO TEXTS,NO EMAILS ,DONT PICK UP CALLS. TWO MONTHS LATER and they still haven’t sued the driver who was at fault yet and still no updated on my personal injury settlement. 🛑🛑🛑🛑AGAIN,DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME,EFFORT or ENERGY!🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑 Get ANY OTHER LAWYER OTHER THAN THEM!!!!
