  I want to especially thank Esmeralda Gavilanes for all the help and attention she gave me throughout my case. She was always very kind, professional, and attentive to all my questions. She explained everything to me patiently and always did her best to help me. I’m very grateful for all her support. I also want to thank the entire team at Jim Adler & Associates for their help and professionalism. I definitely recommend Esmeralda and the whole team!

  Gabriel was amazing in my intake consultation conversation. He was patient & took his time to hear me out, listen to my concerns, & answer all of the many questions I had regarding the process. He even got me set up with a chiropractor the same day for next Tuesday which I greatly appreciate as I am still having some aches & pains from the accident. All in all I greatly appreciate his time & attention to detail while being relatable today & I’m praying that everything works out in the end.

  So far, no complaints! I have appointments scheduled quickly. Gabriel Rios was a great help getting my questions answered and getting me set up for what comes next. This accident has really effected my life in more ways than one so I’m happy that the office is willing to take my case and help me get the compensation I deserve. Updating review due to not hearing back from case worker. My case worker Stephanie has not responded to any of my calls since her initial phone call to me. I need an LOP sent to my chiropractor in order to continue treatment. They gave over a week to receive this information and I have called several times and left voicemails and have not received anything in return. They have also not called my chiropractors office back either. I am now starting to regret my decision to go with this firm. They call you like crazy to sign with them but so far I haven’t been able to get into contact with my caseworker since. Not happy at all.
