  10/10 HIGHLY recommend!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Let me just say… choosing this law firm was one of the BEST decisions I could’ve made. From day one, they were so kind, patient, professional, and actually made me feel like they cared about ME and not just my case. They kept me updated, answered every question (even the ones I probably asked 500 times 😂), and made a stressful situation feel SO much easier. I never felt like I was bothering anyone or had to chase people down for answers — and THAT alone deserves five stars! Everyone I interacted with was amazing, but what really stood out was how hard they worked for me. I always felt like I had somebody in my corner who was going to make sure I was taken care of. If you’re sitting here wondering whether you should call them… GIRL, CALL THEM. 😂👏🏽 Don’t try to navigate this stuff by yourself. They know what they’re doing, they treat their clients right, and they GET RESULTS.   I am beyond grateful that I decided to go with DFW Injury Lawyers. From the very beginning, I felt like my family was truly cared for and that we were in good hands. Working with Tracy Spencer was an amazing experience. She was always there to answer questions, sent me weekly updates about my case, helped me communicate with the doctors, and made sure I had everything I needed throughout the process. Her kindness, communication, and dedication gave me so much peace during a very difficult time. Then I was transferred to Kimberly-Clark Leach, and I truly believe she was a God-send to my family. She worked incredibly hard to make sure that both my children and I received what we deserved. She fought for us, kept us informed, and treated our case with genuine care and compassion. I will forever be grateful for the dedication, hard work, and heart she poured into helping my family. After going through such a traumatic experience, having people who genuinely cared about us made such a difference. I never felt like just another case or another number.   I had a great experience with DFW Injury. The communication throughout the entire process was excellent—they kept me informed, answered my questions, and made sure I understood what was happening every step of the way. I especially want to recognize Fatmata for being so helpful and supportive. She was always professional, patient, and willing to assist whenever I needed something. Her kindness and attention to detail made the whole experience much easier and less stressful. I truly appreciate the time and effort the DFW Injury team put into helping me. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a team that genuinely cares about their clients!

  I had my accident almost a year ago and finally decided to pursue compensation with these lawyers. Lucy decided to help me with my case, and within TWO MONTHS I reached a settlement that would help take care of me and my medical bills. It was genuinely impressive on how quick they are in getting you taken care of and make sure that you’re happy with the amount you’re getting. They truly care about their clients and could never recommend them more than enough for your needs.

  I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with this law firm and the way my husband’s case was handled. First, let me clarify something because I don’t want anyone to be misled by being told, “We’ve never heard of you.” This was my husband’s case, but I personally handled the majority of the phone calls, scheduling appointments, gathering information, and communication with the firm. I was heavily involved throughout this entire process. From the beginning, we were given the runaround on numerous occasions, to the point that I had to threaten to take our case elsewhere just to get answers. We did everything they asked of us. And I mean everything. We spent money, lost wages, rearranged our lives, and jumped through every hoop we were told to jump through because we trusted that this firm was genuinely working toward helping us. The first man who contacted us was extremely nice and confident that we absolutely had a case. We felt reassured and believed we were finally in good hands. We were then passed along to Tatyana, who was nice during our first conversation, but after that, communication became extremely difficult. Then yesterday, after more than a month of our time, money, and effort being invested, we were passed along to Stephanie, who essentially told us the firm would not be taking the case because “there wasn't any money in it for them”. The issue was that the driver who hit my husband was not listed on the insurance policy. What makes this so frustrating is that this information could have been addressed over a month ago. Instead, we were told to do everything they asked, and we did. We were led to believe we had a legitimate case, only to find out after all of that time and expense that they weren't interested because there wasn't enough money in it for the firm. At the end of the day, that's what this entire experience made me feel it wasn't about doing what was right or helping people it was about whether there was enough money in it for the firm. If you are looking for an attorney, I strongly recommend steering clear of this firm based on our experience. We did not feel like people who needed help we felt like a case that simply wasn't financially worth their time. If you are going through something stressful and need legal help, call someone else. There are other attorneys and law firms out there that genuinely care about their clients and will communicate with you. Don't waste over a month of your time, money, energy, and effort just to find out that your case isn't financially attractive enough for them. Call somebody who cares. There are better options out there.
