- GSGary SeymourMay 8, 20262.0This is a disappointing review for me. I tend to leave only positive reviews but my messages to the firm are not getting through. The beginning of my case was a 5 star experience, they have an amazing support staff focused on getting any and every review or help they can set you up with to get you taken care of and the attorney assigned to my case made litigation feel almost fun from how prepared she was for the case and how well she controlled the process. As I have read in other reviews my case also feels like it was dropped off their radar and that they are not moving my settlement forward. It has been over 50 days since the payment was received from the defense, and the only update I am getting is some things are paid some things are pending- please be patient. Last Wednesday I asked for a detailed update of what is left outstanding for my settlement, I got the generic some things are done some things are not response and that someone from the settlement team would reach out soon for the details I asked. I patiently waited until Monday with no response so I sent a message- still no reply. Thursday I called- I got transferred to the appropriate team but they were unavailable- so I left a voicemail and I messaged my text line. Still no response. I respect and understand the process takes time but after over 50 days- I can’t get an actual update and I’m getting ghosted- that is so disappointing considering how awesome my experience was with my attorney and the medical support team. Step up your Settlement Team, Reyes.
