  I cannot recommend Ben Baker highly enough. From our first meeting, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about my case. He kept me informed every step of the way, answered all of my questions, and made a very stressful situation much easier to navigate. Ben fought hard for me, and his dedication, expertise, and attention to detail made all the difference. I truly felt like he had my best interests at heart throughout the entire process. Thanks to his hard work, my case had a very positive outcome, and I will always be grateful.   sandra or shondra at the front desk (at the newer office) is honestly pretty rude when it comes to assistance. i tried to get assistance regarding a refund of my money a few times over the course over the course of months (i was extremely patient).. only to keep getting told the same response of “i’ll look into it” then she hung up in my face and avoided my calls.. i didn’t have an attitude about it either and still felt disrespected. i rarely write reviews but i never thought i could be given a hard time asking about my own money. my response to the unprofessional response from whoever sent this: this is an unprofessional response at its finest. i actually have communicated with my ex just yesterday and she is the one who said she completely understands where i am coming from. do not assume my business with my ex you do not know where we stand. im tired of yall disrespecting me when i have been respectful and patient waiting for months to get a simple response about if a case was open or not and if i was eligible for a refund. i’m the main one who helped when she was being left out dry by others. that is disrespectful of whoever you are to try to paint me like that online. i have been very respectful and idk who thought this was a smart response but you look ridiculous. im tired of being nice and receiving attitude in return. my ex and i are on very mature terms… and we both have this stance.. shameful response from this person. i have the right to be informed about my money. i said multiple times i wasnt asking about the case specifically and wasnt ever given a straight answer. i told sandra or whoever that idc about the case details legally speaking and no one ever informed me prior that i was not able to ask about my own money before i paid… i have never been in trouble with the law so i didn't know that before so maybe just inform me before i pay $5000.. im not apologizing to rude people when i haven’t been rude before. insanity. maybe dont try to embarrass a customer who paid for service to help an ex they STILL are on good terms with. disgusting response from whoever this was. i’m tired of being mistreated. my ex wouldnt appreciate these remarks either so do not invade our personal business.
