  The worst experience of my life. Jason Nicks is way too busy to make your court hearings, return your calls, or even answer a SINGLE EMAIL. He told me he could easily help and that I would be refunded some of my retainer if he couldn’t. He called out sick the day of court??? Because of this prosecution changed, deals made were no longer kept, trial went horrific, Jason couldn’t even remember BASIC details about the case- let the prosecutor walk all over him and didn’t say anything substantive to the judge. After we lost the case, he said that there are no refunds because circumstances changed- ?? DO NOT waste your money with this clown. I gave this guy several thousands of dollars and I barely got acknowledged. He seemed annoyed that I was even there.

  Avoid this place like the plague. If I could give Jason Nicks and his so-called "law firm" zero stars, I would. This man is a straight-up scam artist who is only in it to line his own pockets while his clients suffer. ​Here is the reality of working with him: ​He is a Professional Slacker: You’ll pay him a massive retainer, and then you won’t hear a peep for weeks. He does absolutely nothing until the actual day of court. You’ll be standing there in the hallway, minutes before you walk in front of a judge, and that’s the first time he even looks at your file. It’s pathetic and stressful. ​Outrageous Pricing for Zero Work: He charges "top-tier" prices but gives you basement-level service. You’re basically paying him thousands of dollars to show up late and look confused. He doesn’t do any prep, doesn't return calls, and treats your life like it’s a joke. ​A Total Lack of Class: The man has a seriously foul mouth. He curses like a sailor in professional settings and has zero respect for how he speaks to people. It’s embarrassing to even be associated with him. He’s unprofessional, rude, and has a trashy attitude that has no business being in a courtroom. ​Bottom line: Jason Nicks is worthless. He will take your money, ignore your case, swear at you when you ask for updates, and then leave you high and dry when it actually matters. Save your money and find a real lawyer who actually knows how to do their job and doesn't treat clients like an ATM. ​Warning: This firm is a total joke. Stay far away unless you like throwing money into a trash fire.

  Had a terrible experience using this law office they never return calls Jason was always out of office on vacation and i paid way more then i needed he also spelled names wrong in the documents dispute having driver licenses
