  Great firm to work with. Sean and the rest of team have been a pleasure to work with, always transparent and put their clients at the forefront. You’re always able to get a hold of ur attorney and they get the job done. I was referred to them thru my father who had nothing but great things to say about them and I would recommend them to anybody looking for a reputable law firm who’s very professional and get what u need done.

  Look, no one WANTS to have to get a lawyer. No one is like "Awesome! I get to find a really great lawyer today because I've had an incident." If you do have to get a lawyer though, Winckler, Harvey & McConnell are the way to go! I know some of the reviews are negative due to saying they wouldn't take their case, but I imagine that's because it's the truth and honest. I truly appreciated how honest and transparent Sean McConnell and his Paralegal Claire were. They communicated the right expectations, and set me up with the right information even if it wasn't the best news I wanted to hear. They truly care about their clients. All in all, the costs were up front and clear, I had a great experience during a really rough situation, and feel taken care of with the ending result and so happy it's closed and done with. I couldn't have done it without them! As I told them via email, "Thank you for absolutely everything and I enjoyed working with you!..... I just hope I never have to work with you again." LOL

  We recently used Sean to handle a claim for us. We got nowhere with the other insurance company and as soon as Sean got involved, that changed very quickly. I was very impressed with his ability to keep us informed with all aspects of our claim, handle all of the work for us and ended up with a very nice resolution for us. It was the first time I’ve used an attorney and was very happy Sean was the one we had handling our claim. If we ever need one in the future again, I will for sure be reaching out to him. Highly recommend!!

  Here are my final drafts Sean McConnell at Harvey Winkler & McConnell represented me in a wrongful death case following the loss of my husband, Gabriel May, on May 13, 2024, in Lakeway, Texas. From the start through resolution in June 2026, he handled the case with professionalism, consistency, and a strong focus on results. This was a complex matter. I worked directly with Sean, while my husband’s four adult children shared separate counsel. Coordinating across multiple parties required patience and clear communication, and Sean managed that process effectively. He was respectful, steady, and solution-oriented throughout.
