  I hired this law firm in 2021 to represent me in a state jail felony, that was ultimately dismissed. I was arrested for driving my own car that was reported stolen shortly after I actually purchased it ( I still own the car today) then Williamson Co illegally searched said car charged me with possession. After paying 6k I met amber 1x only thing ever filed was notice of representation, instead of listening to me and taking action she demanded I take a plea for time served ultimately after sitting in jail nearly 6months I fired her in open court and was appointed an attorney who got all charges dismissed at the very next court date. I asked for my money back because she wasted my time and didn’t even do any work she refunded only half with a random itemization for things never completed like phone call with DA getting them to agree to drop the unauthorized use I was never even actually charged with it didn’t even have to bail out on it because it was my car. Very shady business doesn’t listen and do actual work on cases had to basically call a million times to get a second jail visit where and I quote verbatim I was told by amber herself “ I can do a good job without doing a good job on your case” because I was pressuring her for results because I knew my rights and knew my charges should be dismissed as they ultimately were. Find someone else who will do honest hard work and treat all cases the same. **************************************08/11/2026 UPDATE: Since posting my original review, the owner of the firm chose to publicly respond to me with statements about my character, honesty, mental health, and payment history that I dispute and believe are false. For the record, I stand by my original review and the account of my experience. I paid the firm $6,000 for representation. I have documentation supporting my account, including correspondence regarding the representation, payment and refund records, and the firm’s own subsequent written communications regarding this dispute. Rather than engage in a public back-and-forth, I have preserved the relevant documentation and submitted the matter to the State Bar of Texas. I am also seeking independent legal counsel to evaluate the conduct and the statements made publicly in response to my review. I am not going to argue my case in a Google review. The documentation speaks for itself, and the appropriate authorities and legal professionals can determine the facts. I encourage anyone considering this firm to read both the original review and the firm’s response and make their own informed decision.
