They were very friendly, very prompt in delivering any updates, and very compassionate. The day came for mediation with the board, and for the first time my husband and I met John face to face. He immediately put us at ease, as he was very easy to talk to, and down to earth. We left about an hour and a half after the mediation began with all charges completely dismissed. I know this would not have been the case without hiring this firm. You guys are great! I would strongly recommend John Rivas and his team!
