  I had a great experience with David Komie Law. David is genuinely kind, and his team is incredibly supportive and considerate throughout the entire process, they made everything feel less stressful and truly cared about my situation. Highly recommend this firm for injury cases.

  David and all of his employees make up the best law firm and I am so glad that my friend recommended me to his office. He completed my case a little bit ago, making the overall experience a pretty quick and successful one. Not to mention easy, as they did all the work and I just focused on going to my appointments and getting my body back to normal. His staff is so nice and they were always on top of it and working extremely hard to get me the best outcome possible. Even all of the Doctors that he referred me to were amazing! I had soo many questions and David and his team never made me feel like I was asking too many, which I definitely appreciate. I wish there was more that I could do to say thanks to them all, but I figured the least I could do was leave a review. If anyone is unsure about which law firm to hire, David Komie's office is by far the best option.

  I LOVE David Komie Law group! Honestly, if I could add even more stars... I would! A while back when someone hit my car, I initially signed up with Thomas J Henry injury attorney strictly because they popped up on Google first. I should have actually did some research and decided that way. I will never again decide based on who comes up on Google first because Thomas J Henry was quick to get me to sign up and sign their contract, but then I didnt hear anything from them for over a week. I wanted to get started and explain what happened while it was still fresh in my mind, but it seemed like they didnt want anything except to have me sign their contract. My sister told me about David Komie, her mother in law had used them in the past and had nothing but great things to say about David Komies staff, so I reached out to them just to ask some questions and see if I was able to switch from Thomas J Henry to them. Turns out, even after you sign up with one injury attorney company, you can still switch if you need to! The gentleman named Rey at David Komie's office had literally answered all my questions and had been so nice, even when he knew that I had already signed up with a different company. He was still more than happy to help me​ navigate everything. And then I explained to him how unhappy I was with TJH and how I wished I never signed up with them because I cant get them on the phone and they hadn't reached out in over a week! He informed me that even though I signed up with them to represent me, I am still able to switch attorneys at any time. I ended up deciding to switch to David Komies office because of soo many reasons! I loved that when I called, I could speak with someone pretty much anytime! I loved how they didnt try to pressure me into anything. I absolutely loved how they still were happy to answer all my questions even when they knew at the time, I was signed up with another company. I love how the gentleman named Rey offered to come to my house to speak in person and go over their agreement together. I love how every time I called. The staff were incredibly nice.and helpful. Now, fast forward to now and we are completing the settlement process literally this week! David Komie's office helped to get me all the treatment and care that I needed for my fractured spine and herniated discs that were a result from the car crash. They let me decide what I wanted to do and what I didn't want to do and never once tried to pressure me or talk me into doing something that I didnt want to do. They also got me the full amount of the insurance policy and then some! My back is feeling much better nowadays and we are about to get a nice big check to help us with buying our first house! I would recommend David Komie to anyone and everyone as they helped turn a horrible and painful situation into a great ending and an ending where I am almost sad that our relationship is ending! But if I ever get into another car wreck I know exactly what to do and who to call and thay will always be David Komie!!!

  Have seen the billboards for years. My wife got in a bad crash and we needed an attorney. We first tried one of those other ones, but talking to call center people in India did not instill confidence. David's office was much faster to respond and someone even came to our home to meet in person. We did hit some problems, but then David personally stepped in and took over her case and we only had to talk to him. Smooth from that point on. David ended up getting us much more money, even after lawyer fees, than we would have gotten from the insurance company. Highly Recommended and did not cost us a dime!

  I had a really positive experience working with this law firm throughout my case. My situation started at the end of 2024 and didn’t settle until March 2026, so it did take some time—but I understand every case is different and there was a lot of back-and-forth with the insurance companies along the way. Through it all, the team stayed communicative, patient, and supportive. They made sure I understood the process and never made me feel like I was just another case. In the end, I was very pleased with the settlement, and I truly feel like they went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled properly and that we were taken care of!
