  Tried to hire for a legal name change. Did not even get past the receptionist. She would not make and appointment for me and told me I was foolish to spend money on a name change.

  Cathy helped me through the most difficult time of my life. We had many issues to overcome, including a complex tax situation, a high conflict ex-spouse, court appearances both during the divorce and afterward when issues arose, and a modification to improve my custody schedule. Although nobody gets everything they want in a divorce, I don't think anyone could have done any better than she did. Her services more than paid for themselves. If you're going to be paying an attorney for legal representation, you might as well hire one that will negotiate the best deal for you and your family while providing expert advice and guidance along the way. Cathy was also very responsive to my needs, as was her staff. If I need to go back to mediation or court again, I will be contacting Cathy for help.

  Cathy Benouis is not only extremely competent, she's a saint. She was so helpful and level headed that she seemed to easily handle my truly ugly divorce. My daughter's therapist spoke to Cathy for 30 minutes and immediately started recommending Cathy and Benouis Law to her clients. The paralegal staff is also impressive. Her paralegal took initiative on her own and helped solve a very complex problem. Cathy is so straight forward and experienced she can deal with, and defeat other attorneys in trial, no matter ugly they act. Her services receive my highest possible recommendation.
