  I would give this firm ZERO stars if I could. I have been waiting over a year for my divorce and custody case to be resolved, and the lack of communication and professionalism has been unacceptable. They rarely answer the phone, emails go unanswered, and there have even been missed court dates. After they received the full amount I owed for their services, communication became almost nonexistent. No returned calls, no email responses, and no meaningful updates about my case. What makes it even worse is that I have had to constantly look up my own case and check the court records myself just to find out whether I have an upcoming court date. There have been times when I knew we had court because I found it myself—not because my attorneys notified me. I literally had to contact their office asking what was going on and why I had not been informed. After all of that, all I get is basically, “Sorry.” This is a divorce and custody matter involving my family and my children. Going through something like this is already stressful enough. I should not have to constantly chase down the attorneys I paid to represent me or monitor the court system myself just to find out when I have court and what is happening with my own case. I have kept records of my emails, phone calls, payments, court information, and my attempts to communicate with this firm. At this point, I am seriously considering filing a formal complaint with the State Bar and providing the documentation I have regarding my experience. Once they received their full payment, it honestly felt like they basically went ghost. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend staying far away from this firm. Do your research before handing over your money. I wish I had known what my experience would be before hiring them. I would not recommend this firm to anyone.

  El día de hoy agosto31 tuvimos una corte, donde según a mi pareja lo iba a representar Raúl, y resulta que ni tan siquiera se presentó en la corte. Llegó una chica que jamás había leído el caso de mi pareja ,no sabía ni qué hacer ni qué decir… para resumir TAL PARECE QUE LA CHICA QUE “ DEFENDÍA “ estaba en su contra.. el abogado de la contraria no dejaba de hablar ni un segundo mientras la abogada que mandaron no dijo ni una palabra.. La verdad que mala experiencia y falta de profesionalismo, ni el abogado se presentó a la corte… si no podía ir porque no la pospuso con tiempo…. La verdad que muy mala experiencia no lo recomendamos.

  Vet bad services, they all they want is money!! They said that is possible to get a divorce and nothing.. try to get my money at least something and is not refundable… not very good lawyers. Don’t have the experience they said they have!!

  The staff over at Garcia & Ramires are just absolutely amazing. I HIGHLY recommend them. From the paralegal's to the lawyers; all played a crucial role in my case. Malik represented me and showed up ready to fight. That’s exactly what he did! We laid out a plan and fully exceeded that. I was facing probation revocation, offered 6 years prison and was already so close to finishing up my probation! Malik, showed up and helped guide me through everything. We went from 6 years sentence to probation reinstatement; to walking out of the court room fully off probation and unbound from the court system for the first time in 4 years. Thank you folks for absolutely everything. Thank you Malik.
