  I'd had a minor property dispute with a neighbor and reached out to MCE to better understand my options. Got a call back shortly thereafter from Russell Nixon, who was incredibly helpful. He was no nonsense, informative, and got right down to it - giving me the info I needed to avoid an unnecessary and expensive legal battle.
