- VMVanquish MediaMay 13, 20261.0Morgan & Morgan has bad customer service, the rep was reluctant to answer my questions and basically told me that the firm would not represent me without giving me a clear reason. I was not rude, never raised my voice to her or even asked questions that were outside of the reasonable expectation of my SSDI claim. If M&M does not want to represent me, fine by me; I will take my SSDI claim to a firm that is more deserving of the backpay if I win my case.

The situation was traumatic, and I was looking for clear guidance and support. Throughout the process, I was transferred between multiple representatives, and it was never clear who was responsible for my case. Communication was inconsistent, and I often had to follow up for updates. Based on the firm’s promise of clear communication and support every step of the way, my experience fell short of those expectations. While the case was resolved, the overall process felt disjointed. I hope the firm improves coordination and communication so future clients feel properly supported.
