  They Will NOT fight for you. No Lawyer will talk to you, if they think they can win, they will accept your case, do the ABSOLUTE Minimum file some paperwork, make some deals with the opposing attorney at lunch just to get %20 and move on to the next Victim. That's all they do, get %20. Do yourselves a favor and find a local Lawyer that will talk to you, meet you in person, prepare you and develop a strategy to your benefit, because that's what a real Lawyer would do. They are SHYSTERS and they are not on your side, believe me!

  Attorney Christina Vinson and Case Manager Shelda Smith have worked very hard to get an amazing outcome with my case. Shelda communicated with me every detail, called and kept me up to speed with my case and the status, and even made sure nothing was missed.   I contacted this law firm on three different occasions regarding different issues. Each time they refused to help. If it is a difficult case they turn and tuck tail. John Morgan would rather pay someone to find a political party name, rather than help anyone. They are NOT FOR THE PEOPLE. THEY ARE FOR SOME PEOPLE. There is a commercial where a client said that nobody helps the little guy, well I AM the little guy and it is absolutely 100% true. This firm DOES NOT CARE and only wants cases that have the potential for LARGE payouts. I will NEVER give this firm another opportunity to deny me representation.

  I appreciate everything Burke Keaty and his team at Morgan and Morgan did for me. It was a long and difficult process but they kept me updated the whole time and lisented to all my concerns. They ended up fighting for me and at the end of my case all was made right. Thanks for all that you did for me!

  I retained Morgan & Morgan after a serious highway accident on I-40 near Nashville, when a wheel and tire came off a semi-truck and struck my vehicle during a cross-country move. The aftermath involved far more than vehicle damage. I lost my vehicle, incurred hotel and storage expenses, faced major transportation challenges, and spent countless hours coordinating the fallout. I ultimately had to purchase replacement vehicles, attend ongoing physical and mental health therapy, and continue dealing with nightmares related to the incident. The stress, disruption, and lost time affected nearly every part of my life. At the time of the accident, I called 911 three times and later followed up with local authorities, but I felt I received very little assistance. I was also disappointed with the communication, support, and overall handling of my case by Morgan & Morgan. To help explain what happened, I later created an AI-generated visual rendering based on my recollection of the tire strike and resulting damage. It was not an official reconstruction, but it helped illustrate an incident that significantly changed the course of my life. Morgan & Morgan’s slogan is “For The People.” Based on my personal experience, I did not feel that level of advocacy, communication, or personal attention. My case was eventually resolved, but I was left feeling more like a file than a person. This review reflects my personal experience.
