  I was injured on the Job in August of 2021 and tpa was giving me a really hard time getting approved for appointments my former employer wasn't helpful either so I called Morgan and morgan because I wanted to see if they could help me and they did just that. I know I wasn't their only client but at times I felt as though I was My 1st Attorney Charlie and My paralegal Kendra were very helpful when I had questions and they kept me in the know of what was going on in my case. My attorney Charlie ended up leaving and he left me in the care of Mr. Jonathan May who helped bring my case to a close with more than expected. I am eternally grateful and Thankful for all the help of Morgan and Morgan during one the hardest seasons of my life. Getting injured on the job was one of the hardest things I've ever had to go through and although, I suffer still from the injury to this day I would recommend Morgan and Morgan to anyone who needs help fighting tpa and former employer after being injured.❤️❤️❤️

  This case is still ongoing, and the longer it continues, the more frustrating and heartbreaking it becomes. What is especially disappointing is feeling like the attorneys involved do not fully understand or simply do not seem concerned about the long-term impact this has had on my brother and our entire family. This situation has caused a tremendous amount of financial hardship for my brother, (WHO LOST EVERYTHING DO TO THE ACCIDENT THAT WAS NOT HIS FAULT) but the effects have gone far beyond just him. I have had to step in financially to help, which has placed additional strain on me and my own family. When a case drags on for this long with no care about his situation, it affects real people, their finances, their families, and their ability to move forward with their lives. I understand that legal cases can take time, but communication, urgency, and genuine concern for a client's well-being should still matter. At this point, we are exhausted from the uncertainty and the financial burden this ongoing case has created. We trusted the attorneys handling this matter to advocate for my brother and recognize what is at stake for him and to get what HE DESERVES and they can they just don't want to work anymore then they have to. Offering little to almost nothing for him. Unfortunately, we have been left feeling like the lasting consequences this has had on him and our family simply are not being taken seriously. I sincerely hope this changes and that more effort, communication, and urgency are shown as this case moves forward.

  Definitely a joke of a law firm! I suffered and was hospitalized due to my injury from someone practicing outside of their scope and now will have huge hospital bills. All to get absolutely zero help from this firm! Definitely not for the people at all!
