  Daphne Moffatt agreed to mediate in my divorce. She cancelled 2 weeks before the mediation and never told me. I had to call her office to verify after hearing from the opposing counsel that Daphne cancelled. The woman on the phone at her office was rude, short, and hung up on me. There was a conflict of interest on her end. She took a case against the party she just agreed to mediate with. A phone call to inform me would have been too much to ask, maybe. Incapable, careless? Dare to find out for yourself? Hire her.
