  Worst attorney in Maryville. You have to do all the leg work and homework or nothing gets done. Doesn’t communicate and I would never use this office again for anything.

  My elderly mother, Fran Lucier, asked me to do a review for Mr. Hickman. She wanted everyone to know how wonderful it is to have him as her attorney for anyone, any age. He was recommended to us by a friend of mine and I’m thankful to know how good he is!

  I filed for a Restraining Order by myself (looking back, I really should have used an attorney.) The order was appealed but never scheduled for trial, leaving me in some sort of legal gray area. When the activity started up again, I hired Mike to help and get the appeal moved along and prosecute the violations. The other party spent a fortune and hired Garza's criminal defense team. I was a little worried until I realized that Garza sent a brand new attorney, green, just out of a small, rinky-dink law school. All she was able to do was drag the case out. On the last day of trial, as everything was about to come to a close, Garza finally sent one of his top defense attorneys to try and pull their case out of the gutter, but it was too late. It was a full day in court, but we won because Mike knows his way around the courtroom. They called the fancy "TV lawyer" and paid an arm and a leg, but they only received a baby lawyer until the very last minute. I called Mike Hickman, paid a fraction of the price and won. Flashy ads are no substitute for years of experience and a great education.

  There are very few people I trust when it comes to something as important as my family and my future, and Mike Hickman has earned that trust. I’ve hired him twice, and both times he went above and beyond for me. During some of the most stressful and emotional times in my life, Mike never treated me like just another case. He listened, he cared, and he fought for me. He was honest about what to expect, kept me informed every step of the way, and always made me feel like I had someone in my corner. Because of his hard work, knowledge, and dedication, we achieved the outcomes I was hoping for. I will always be grateful for everything he did for me and my family. If you’re looking for an attorney who genuinely cares about his clients, works tirelessly, and will stand beside you through difficult times, I can’t recommend Mike Hickman enough. Hiring him was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

  If I could give no stars I would he was very unhelpful he’s always out of office he will maybe give you 1 callback through the whole process then takes you to court because you werent compliant and what not so he takes your money doesn’t do anything but maybe make a phone call and then tells you that your probate is closed and everything that needs to be done is done when it really isn’t I had to find out the hard way so RUN don’t choose this man
