  For the love of all that is right in this world, DO NOT USE THIS GROUP!!! They have no care or concern about the victim, they don't know what communication means, and if you do get to talk with them, oh, they'reworking on it. It's been over a year and still nothing. They've only spoken to us maybe 10 times times in a over year after numerous phones and messages from us. The lady working on our case left??, and no one followed up. When we finally did get to talk to someone, it was 'oh yeah. She left. No one has been working on her cases. Sorry but not sorry.' Horrible Horrible. We will be in contact with an investigative journalist. My dad is so passive he wouldn't let us change groups/lawyers. He told me last night he regrets ever using these people. He's on a fixed income and has been suffering with lung and spinal cord injury for more than a year. These people are night crawlers. Be careful who you do business with.

  I was in injured in Walmart Sevierville Tennessee , this firm was the first to answer Sounded great got a Super Lawyer Darrell Douglas . I had the entire accident documented reported it immediately photos transcript with Walmarts advisor Jeffrey smith he denied My claim in 36 minutes said he needed 30 days for a proper investigation I said you have 72 hrs denied 36 minutes I also called ortho and chiropractors 3 out of 3 denied a lop due to this firm dumping clients I called asked about this and was told we won’t do that to you they did and the response of why they did because it happened in the bathroom they said they don’t handle those cases So why did you take the case and sign a retainer for 40 % I gave you all the evidence and now have medical bills and still need a mri this case is more then worthy but these guys can’t seem to argue a case on behalf of there clients. Where’s the real SUPER LAWYERS that can argue a simple slip and fall case Don’t call these Morgan & Morgan wannabes they knew right from the start that this happened in the bathroom at Walmart I asked if this was going to happen they lied .dumped me with medical bills still need ortho this is crazy .I could argue this case and win myself it’s simple I truly believe Walmart greeted there pockets.This firm straight up sucks no good lawyers and if this guy is a super lawyer or is considered a super lawyer the world is is trouble!!!
