- AHAlicia Hendrick6 days ago1.0I have not seen a case they take at all. I have a special needs daughter that was violated in Mar. I called everyday for a month doing welfare checks on her the cops calling back saying nothing was happening. Well in December my special needs daughter had a baby by the same man I was reporting on just recently the man went to jail facing trial. In the meantime cps put a tap on my phone and my daughters phone treating the victims like criminals
