  Not the best experience for a lawyer in my honest opinion. My lawyer didn't show up in court. He has since retired. He retired before I was awarded a settlement.There was no communication and I had to wait years for any type of settlement. I called nonstop and many times didn't hear a word back. I still suffer from my injury and the settlement wasn't enough to cover it or the bills. I haven't received my folder back of all the bills and injury discs I gave them. When I asked, they said they didn't know where it was. I fell at the apartment of Tudor Arms after they paid a Tennant to clean only my apartment handrail. When I lost my grip, I wouldn't have fallen if they didn't wipe it down with extra cleaner for the handrail. I dislocated my right elbow and doctor's said I have RA from it. In all truth, the lawyer was experiencing health issues. However, noone really cared about me. I had to threaten to put a lean on their bank in order to get what was given. Sad but true. I wish them the best but glad it's over with. I still hurt in my elbow, arms, neck.
