  I highly recommend Erin McArdle to anyone who is in need of legal services. She was very professional and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Each and every time she had an update about my case she would reach out to me to keep me informed, even after normal business hours, which showed me that she cares about her clients and that they are more than just another pay day. I could not be more pleased with the outcome of my case!!

  Erin always came off as pleasant, however I was underwhelmed with her professionalism. I hired her for my divorce. The first red flag was she had the WRONG cell phone number on her business cards that she gave us. So for days, I couldn't reach her. She had stacks of these cards all over her office, and didn't realize the number was wrong until I MADE HER AWARE. No telling how many people wasted time calling the wrong number. 🙄 I certainly did. She seemed too "busy" or barely interested. For example.. There was a whole court date that was VERY IMPORTANT that she was completely unaware of, due to negligence, that I missed because I didn't get the mail with the letter in time. That mistake resulted in me losing almost EVERYTHING!! Your ATTORNEY is supposed to be INFORMED, and therefore inform YOU and shield you from these types of amateur mistakes and losses. Instead, I was left reading the paper confused af like "Wait what? I didn't even know about this. What on earth am I paying a lawyer for???" 🤨 She barely had time to talk on the phone about the divorce, let alone meet in person. She was unbothered by my situation, meanwhile I'm DROWNINGGGG in stress and worry. She assured me she would do her best to turn things around from the BLOW we took from missing the court date.. Because ya know, SHE DROPPED THE BALL! Yet, she did NOTHING and I took a huge L. Also, she sets me up with Hutson Mediation, with a mediator that she swears is the best and tells me they're friends.. 😒 Well THAT felt like a scam, because not only I, but my EX WIFE as well felt like this mediator milked the clock, (paid HOURLY) and didnt even truthfully relay the information back and forth between us.. Ya know, because he kept us seperated so that he can waste time inbetween rooms and make MORE MONEY! That's just another nightmare on its own that I could take forever to get into. 🤦🏾‍♂ Imagine telling your "mediator" that you want 50/50 custody, so he leaves the room to relay the message.. Only to return and tell you that she REFUSED!! 🙅🏾‍♂️ But when you speak to her a yr later, she tells you that he NEVER TOLD HER THAT and she would have absolutely been okay with that. 😐😐😐 That's NOT A SMALL THING! Think about all the time you COULLLLD have spent with your kids had that message been delivered. Think about the CHILD SUPPORT money you could have kept in your account. 🤔😤 I swear I'm tight thinking about it smh. But man Erin just always seemed kinda all over the place. There are plenty of things I could explain.. The fact is that this divorce did NOT go in my favor. Not even a little bit. Not even close. And I absolutely blame my attorney, who continuously dropped the ball, was disinterested, unorganized, and clearly has SHADY business partners... 👀 An all around HORRIFIC experience. 1 out of 10 I do not recommend. (I attached a pic of the business card with the WRONG # on it so y'all can compare it to her ACTUAL phone number. 😒 When it comes to business cards, I'm willing to bet that the PHONE NUMBER is probably the most IMPORTANT information on it. So screwing THAT UP should tell you all you need to know champ. 🤷🏾‍♂️) *EDIT: Notice how shorty responded to EVERYBODYYYYYY on Google reviews BUT ME! 😂😂😂 I rest my case. Pun intended. 🤌🏾💯 Y'all spend your money wisely out there. 🥱
