  Going through a divorce is never easy. For me, particularly, I thought I would never actually see the day when my divorce was finalized. My first experience with Frizzell & Frizzell was during our initial consultation, where I was able to ask all of my questions and finally get some answers. After that consultation, I felt comfortable choosing Frizzell & Frizzell to represent me in my divorce. Then, when my husband surprised me by hiring a separate divorce attorney, they helped me navigate everything from my parenting plan to all of the financial details in a way that I could actually understand. They made an overwhelming process feel manageable and made sure I was comfortable with what was happening every step of the way. There were a lot of delays throughout my divorce due to the attorney on my ex-husband's side, but Samantha, who ended up being my attorney, stuck with me through the entire process. She continued pushing things forward and finally got me to mediation, where we were able to reach an agreement and finalize my divorce. After everything it took to finally get to that point, I cannot recommend Frizzell & Frizzell enough. They helped me navigate one of the most difficult and frustrating experiences of my life, and I am incredibly grateful to Samantha and the entire team for helping me finally get to the finish line.

  I cannot recommend Terry Frizzell highly enough. From our first meeting, Mr. Frizzell took the time to listen carefully, answer my questions thoroughly, and explain the legal process in a way that was clear, honest, and reassuring. He reviewed my written narrative of a recent traffic accident, offered thoughtful suggestions that strengthened it, and helped me better understand how to prepare for my upcoming court date. Mr. Frizzell's decades of service in law enforcement and his experience as Hendersonville's former Chief of Police are immediately evident. His knowledge of the legal system is exceptional, but equally impressive is the professionalism, integrity, and kindness with which he shares it.
