  My friend (Janet Manning ) & I were traveling east on West Main near Dawson Ln in Lebanon, Tn to help a elementary, retired teacher. I was driving my 2020 red Nissian Kicks. The man going west & abruptly turned left & trapped me in the car with injuries . Janet was hurt, also. I owed less than $2000 on the car I had less than 13 months & was upset that I had to deal with purchasing another vehicle coupled with the stress of being in an accident due to helping a friend whom just had an elective but needed surgery! Janet & I both were injured & were took via ambulance to Vanderbilt Wilson Campus. I was fortunate to be familiar will the Toll Firm & associates through word of mouth! We were assigned to the attorney, Mrs Virgina Houtman & her legal assistant, Madisun Silvia. We couldn't have been more fortunate to be assigned to a more diligent, professional, effective & caring team by the Toll Firm! Both the attorney, Mrs. Houtman & her assistant treated us very fairly & they both worked hard with us to address our concerns & the injuries sustained in a timely manner. Janet has recieved her settlement & mine will be completed shortly. Mrs. Houtman is still in negotiation with the insurance company for this devastating accident.   Attorney Virginia King of The Toll Firm has been amazing to work with. She and her team made a very distressing situation very seamless for me. She is excellent at what she does, very pleasant to work with and willing to do what is needed to fight for your rights and protect others in our community from corporate negligence.   I can't even begin to say how grateful I am for the Toll Firm. About 2 years ago my son and I were rear-ended by a distracted driver, even though I was not at fault for the accident I couldn't find anyone to take my case and was extremely discouraged. Tina Briley not only took care of our case but she genuinely cared. It is very hard to find lawyers that aren't just here for money but are actually here because they care about the community and want to make sure that people are receiving a fair chance in unfair situations. There aren't enough words to express how grateful I am for Tina and the Toll Firm. Thank you for everything!
