  I originally reached out to this attorneys office for my automobile accident, but when I called them to discuss my case the customer support guy immediately interrupted me and said he would have to transfer me to the attorneys line. I then said that was rude of him to interrupt me and he then transferred me to the other line. I felt disrespected so I then called another law firm called Awad, well my case had liability issues so after 2 months with Awad they then said they couldn't take my case. They recommended me to Morgan and Morgan who after 1 month with my case said the exact same thing, lability issues which were known from the start of this case when Awad handed it to them. So if your case is 100% winnable then I would suggest seeking an attorney, if not I would not worry about it. Its bad when one of the biggest law firms wont fight for you unless the case is 100% winnable so they can get money out of it. This was the first time that I ever reached out to an attorney and it was not a good experience.

  I had my ceiling in my master bedroom fall in this morning around 2am I shield my son from being damaged or hit from it and ended up trap myself I twisted my ankle got hit from the neck down also I went to the hospital and had some treatment done x rays plus ct scanning

  Morgan and Morgan stated they were taking my case. I downloaded their app to keep track of my injury. After 2 weeks of them "working on my case" and sending them information that was requested, I was informed that my case is denied. After a $1,500 hospital bill and notation of my si joint dislocation plus the fact I'm pregnant I'm so confused as to why they would deny me.. I am very hurt by this not just physically.. I wish I could "review" or comment on a comment. After speaking with an "equal" size company like Morgan and Morgan I was told that "small cases" like mine would not be picked up because the "payout" from them is not there to proceed. Even tho my own claim is small from the initial hospital bill, the pain and suffering was dismissed. I'm devastated more because I was lead on to believe I was being helped just to be pushed back down. I should have been informed from the beginning.
