After 2 weeks of them "working on my case" and sending them information that was requested, I was informed that my case is denied. After a $1,500 hospital bill and notation of my si joint dislocation plus the fact I'm pregnant I'm so confused as to why they would deny me.. I am very hurt by this not just physically.. I wish I could "review" or comment on a comment. After speaking with an "equal" size company like Morgan and Morgan I was told that "small cases" like mine would not be picked up because the "payout" from them is not there to proceed. Even tho my own claim is small from the initial hospital bill, the pain and suffering was dismissed. I'm devastated more because I was lead on to believe I was being helped just to be pushed back down. I should have been informed from the beginning.
