  Very nice group of people, they asked all the right questions. This is my first time doing something like this and the lady was so thoughtful and kind on the phone with me. I will share the outcome hope I don’t need surgery on my lower back.

  I approached them with an issue that very clearly showed medical malpractice. They brushed me off without care, concern, or reason leaving me with a generic automated text with no specific information that was relevant to the issue. I'm probably not rich enough for them to bother with.

  I originally reached out to this attorneys office for my automobile accident, but when I called them to discuss my case the customer support guy immediately interrupted me and said he would have to transfer me to the attorneys line. I then said that was rude of him to interrupt me and he then transferred me to the other line. I felt disrespected so I then called another law firm called Awad, well my case had liability issues so after 2 months with Awad they then said they couldn't take my case. They recommended me to Morgan and Morgan who after 1 month with my case said the exact same thing, lability issues which were known from the start of this case when Awad handed it to them. So if your case is 100% winnable then I would suggest seeking an attorney, if not I would not worry about it. Its bad when one of the biggest law firms wont fight for you unless the case is 100% winnable so they can get money out of it. This was the first time that I ever reached out to an attorney and it was not a good experience.
