  Lily was horrible!! Was trying to get help and was stonewalled!! Was actually referred here by a lawyer...and I actually had to ask her if she was still listening to me. It sure is frustrating to not get help and be treated like nothing. Would NOT RECOMMEND 1*

  This law firm is was verbally untruthful and suckered me into believing that they were a firm that didn’t charge unless they won. Well they talked me out of a settlement offer during mediation. I to am a fault for not reading the fine print in their contract, I’m old school and took them at their word. Now they’re charging me all the cost they racked up for the lawsuit that they lost. Over $4,000 wish I would have accepted the offer and not believe in them. Do yourself a favor and find another law firm. And be sure to read the fine print.

  I worked with Audrey (attorney) and Ren (legal assistant) at Eric Buchanan & Associates to file my long-term disability appeal after Lincoln Financial Group cancelled my policy. They were professional, friendly, and kept in touch with me during the long appeals process. Without their help, I know the insurance company would not have reinstated my benefits. Having someone to manage the claim now that I am receiving benefits again has given me extra peace of mind too. I would recommend EB&A to anyone who is forced to fight to get the benefits they are owed.

  What a joy to let everyone know how a team of professionals will do their very best for you! Easy to speak with and understands the disability laws better than others. This team does not give in, they dot their, “I”s and cross each “t”. Keeping you posted and explaining what each step will be and what is expected. I found that my experience with challenging my disability insurance company was nothing new for them. Familiar experiences with these insurance companies did not scare or intimidate Eric Buchanan. He gave me his undivided support ,wisdom and due diligence in my claim! He won for me and I am humbly grateful for he has let me live my life as well as I can. Thank you my friend. .

  Eric Buchanan and Associates recently handled a disability case for me. From my first meeting, I found Eric to be extremely knowledgeable, quite personable and down to earth. This also extended to every member of his Staff that I interacted with (Barb, Molina and Chandler). My phone calls and e-mails were always returned promptly. His Staff consistently kept me informed about any and all developments in my case. I couldn't have picked a better law firm. My case was settled much quicker than I had expected and my award was substantially larger than I thought was even possible. I'm very thankful for all the hard work they did on my behalf.
