  I was offered a contract by Kaitlyn Barcizsewski. She then voided the contract because she did not “look closely enough at the case” when offering to represent me. This law firm was my only hope left and they pulled the rug out from under me. Be careful if you try to work with them.

  From my first interaction with Eric Buchanan’s law firm, I knew I was in good hands. Filing a long-term disability claim can be overwhelming, but Terrence and Lily made it so much easier — kind, patient, and always prompt with follow-up. My consultation with Eric Buchanan reinforced that confidence. With over 30 years of experience in disability law, especially Unum claims, his knowledge was evident right away. My case is still in progress, but the experience so far has been outstanding.   Very difficult to work with. Argumentative, I am a client, this is a paintful experience. Bad results, my claim is now destroyed.

While the entire firm provided excellent support, the standout of my experience was my paralegal, Ren. She is simply exceptional.   Lily was horrible!! Was trying to get help and was stonewalled!! Was actually referred here by a lawyer...and I actually had to ask her if she was still listening to me. It sure is frustrating to not get help and be treated like nothing. Would NOT RECOMMEND 1*
