  I CANNOT say enough good things about David. David was referred to me by a friend to handle my divorce and mediation. The one thing I loved the most about David was that he handled my case without ego unlike the lawyer we were going up against. His ability to work without ego allowed him to think on a more level headed level and to be 10 steps ahead of the lawyer my ex husband had hired. He was also extremely honest, knowledgeable and realistic from the start…which for me was super important. He was very communicative from day one also. Any changes regarding my case, he let me know immediately. I didn’t want to hire someone who was going to make an already emotional situation more hostile by making me do things just to hurt my ex or our kids. He knew exactly what needed to be done and he did it promptly and aggressively without being nasty and scandalous. David made this whole process so easy and painless. If you want someone who is going to get the job done and listen to exactly what you want…then hire David! You’ll be so glad you did!

  Fantastic Service! The firm was patient with me as I did not accept any offers. Kassie, was kind, honest, and direct with me. She always explained the worst and best option, this allowed me to make a competent decision. We rode this wave together… lasting 33 months. I highly recommend Kassie Rigney for your legal needs too!
