  I called this facility . I specifically asked for a discrimination LAWYER. She stated they can potentially helped. She automatically stated there is some instances we cannot help you. I explained my case. She cut me off and then denied me. Then sent me a link for malpractice which has nothing to do with my case or why I called when it was verified twice. I am calling about something else. I stated what discrimination law that I was referring to. I didn’t know paralegals can just deny cases or not unless the lawyer is listening in. I absolutely cannot stand lawyers office. If it’s not a money grab I guess they don’t want it .

  I appreciate the quick and fast response concerning my SSDI and greatful for the amount awarded because something better than nothing but unfortunately I was only given partial benefits. I spoke to another firm of the same good reputation that they could've fault a little harder. But keep up the good work for your clients..

  ⭐️ 1 STAR — EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED I honestly don’t understand the point of having a website advertising that you handle certain types of cases when, in my experience, you repeatedly turn people away without even making a real effort to help them. I have contacted Morgan & Morgan multiple times over the years regarding completely different legal situations, including medical malpractice, birth injury, employment law, and other serious matters. And every single time, the outcome has been the same: I provide my information, explain what happened, relive extremely painful and traumatic experiences, and then receive an email telling me they cannot help me. At this point, it feels like their intake process is simply collecting people’s trauma and then sending them a rejection email. Let’s be honest: people don’t contact a law firm because they’re having a great day. They’re contacting you because something happened to them that was serious enough that they believe they need legal help. Making someone sit down and explain their trauma in detail, answer questions, provide information, and emotionally reopen situations they’ve been trying to cope with only to turn around and say, “We can’t help you” is incredibly frustrating and, quite frankly, cruel. And as a Black woman, finding an attorney who will actually listen to you and take your concerns seriously can already be an uphill battle. Experiencing this repeatedly from the same law firm makes it even more discouraging. I completely understand that no law firm can take every case. That’s not what I’m criticizing. I’m criticizing the way potential clients are handled. If your firm already knows it isn’t interested in handling a particular type of case, then don’t make people pour their hearts out and relive traumatic experiences just to receive a generic rejection. What makes this even more frustrating is that your website specifically promotes the areas of law I’ve needed help with. So why repeatedly invite people to submit their cases, ask them for detailed information, and then immediately tell them you can’t help? After multiple experiences with this firm, I have zero confidence in Morgan & Morgan’s intake process and absolutely would not recommend them based on my personal experiences. People who are looking for a lawyer are often already hurt, overwhelmed, angry, scared, or financially struggling. The last thing they need is to feel like their pain is being treated like another form submission that gets rejected with an automated email. Do better.

  ⚠️ My Experience With This Law Firm — Please Be Careful I contacted this attorney to handle my car accident case. I was referred to medical providers and underwent examinations and procedures as part of my treatment. I have now accumulated approximately $10,000 in medical bills. After sending me for treatment, the firm informed me that they could not handle my case because their office was stretched too thin to take it on. They asked me if they could withdraw from representing me and told me that someone else would be referred to me and would contact me. That never happened. Today, I was told that there was nothing further they could do for me and that I should find another attorney on my own. I am now left dealing with the expenses and damages from the accident, along with approximately $10,000 in medical bills that resulted from treatment I pursued after being referred by this firm. I feel like I was left to deal with the consequences after they decided they could no longer handle my case. This has been an extremely frustrating and stressful experience. If you are considering using this attorney, please do your research and read the reviews carefully before signing anything or beginning treatment through their referrals. I wish I had done more research before contacting this firm. Because of what has happened, I intend to contact the Better Business Bureau and the appropriate Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) to determine what options are available to me. This review is based solely on my personal experience and the events that occurred during my case. I hope sharing it helps someone else avoid finding themselves in the same situation.
