Mr. Ladd always helped answering questions throughout the process and his knowledge and professionalism are greatly appreciated. The problems I faced were the paralegals that managed the first two steps of my process who weren’t very responsive. It was hard to get responses from them and I had to follow up closely to keep my case on track and get information from them. Lastly, the third phase of my project was managed by Carlos Lomelli. I don’t have enough words of gratitude for him. He acted very professionally, working proactively with me to put my case together. The promptness of his responses and efforts to assemble my package as soon as possible made this stressful process feel seamless. I wish he had managed my case from the beginning.
