Intake representative gave me a difficult time siting confusion over terminology and claimed not knowing anything about claims and other processes I did not mention or bring up. I felt unheard and that she denied my case intentionally. My case involved more complex details that I was not questioned on. Only questioned on my injuries even though other family members including children involved. I called seeking new representation on my case, instead she questioned my lack of communication with my other firm, already making the assumption that I have not had communication on my concerns… I thought about calling back to speak with someone different but Im certain management is aware of how their intake representatives handles these calls since they are recorded. I’ll take my business elsewhere.
