  I will honestly say David helped me through one of the hardest parts of my life. I was very nervous and unsure of what to do next in my situation. David was very reassuring, kind, professional, and informative through the entire process. Any time I had a question about something, and there were many, he was right there to explain it to me. I would highly recommend him to anybody looking to file bankruptcy. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

  I remember as I was driving to my appointment to meet with Attorney David Rice, contemplating whether or not to file bankruptcy; I was so ridden with anxiety fear guilt shame and even condemnation. Over the past three years or so I had experienced such unbelievable devastation of my home going underwater as a result of a main break, 3 suicides in my family, divorce, Covid not once but twice, 2 other debilitating illnesses of which I recovered, having to be on and off at a zero income level and prior to all of this, my now ex husband and I were almost killed in a horrible accident……so as I look back now …..The beginning of my brand new life and the turning point for positive changes happening, was the I relief and hope that I received as a result of my consult with Attorney David Rice. In my humble opinion I can not even imagine anyone finding a better Attorney to handle their Bankruptcy. Obviously stellar and an expert in his field; He is professional yet personable and certainly has a great understanding of what mental emotional and even spiritual anguish we face when we are in debt and have no light at the end of that tunnel.
