  I created this for myself but using a different name tied to name that isn't mine. Good luck finding me. And the reason I took such evasive measures is the same reason you put a lock on your car: to preserve assets. And I have those assets thanks to Matt Slocum, who I believe co-owns the Firm but I'm not a busy body. However, what I am is grateful. Grateful for the settlement Matt helped me milk out of the insurance company. And grateful for choosing this firm for my case: it worked better than I expected.

  After another law firm spent nearly a year reviewing my auto accident case only to tell me it was not worth pursuing, I contacted The Slocum Firm for a second opinion. I’m very glad I did. The team took my case seriously from the beginning and ultimately secured approximately $350,000 in total settlements, including successfully obtaining the full $100,000 available under my underinsured motorist coverage after my insurance company initially refused to pay it. They also negotiated a significant reduction in medical repayment claims, which made a meaningful difference financially. Like many personal injury cases, the process sometimes moved slowly, particularly while waiting on insurance companies and outside parties during negotiations. However, I always felt that the firm was working in my best interest and advocating for the best possible outcome.
