First of all they let a case manager ignore my calls for months never telling me she wasn't an attorney. Then the physical therapy sent me personal letter stating I owe for something that my insurance company was paying for. I had meetings without them to do their job with these places. After they told me the case manager was taken off of my case the insurance company told me they just spoke to her a couple weeks ago. After my insurance company settled out and gave me an offer that's when they got involved. They will receive roughly$13,000 for sending out three letters and ignoring me!!!!!!!!!!
